Our final science unit for the 1st trimester focuses on the human body. To kick off this unit we read the book Me and My Amazing Body. Our book buddies then joined us to trace our bodies onto paper. As we learn each body system we will glue parts and labels onto the body. This is always a favorite of the kids and many of their book buddies remember doing this when they were in 1st grade. When the body is complete your child will bring it home. :)
