This week in math we have been working on place value and counting. The kids have been using base ten blocks and equations to build, add, and compare two digit numbers. They also added two items to Seesaw to show their work. If you haven't checked it out please head over using the link below. We have also been working on counting. We started by practicing counting by tens to 100 to prepare for adding tens. We are now also working on counting to 120. This is often a skill we think kids can do, but it is often more challenging than we think. Below are also a few awesome videos we use here that you can also use at home. The kids are also practicing their counting and uploading it to Seesaw. :)
